Microcom has built two teleports in Kinshasa and Lubumbashi, enabling us to provide customers with a wide range of services and applications, including instant intranet connectivity, media distribution and scheduling, GSM backhauling and more.

Through its teleports, Microcom provides C-band and Ku-band satellite connectivity covering the entire Democratic Republic of the Congo as well as parts of neighboring countries.

Microcom has a team of experienced engineers who ensure the continuous operation of modern telecommunications equipment. Our infrastructure is regularly upgraded to maintain high service quality and meet our customers’ evolving requirements.

Microcom’s teleport in Kinshasa is connected to our private fiber-optic network of approximately 40 km, which covers a significant part of the city, as well as to the WACS submarine cable.

Microcom’s teleport in Lubumbashi is connected to the SEACOM fiber-optic network.
